2. The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S. No.943 of 2021 against respondent Nos.4 to 11 seeking perpetua[ injunction. Leamed Principal Junior Civil Judge at Jangaon granted ad interim injunction in I.A.No.1347 of 2021. It is a contest order. Thereafter, they sought for police aid by way of filing I.A. No.349 of 2024. The trial Court vide order dated 13.06.2025 allowed the said application and directed respondent No.3 to provide police aid. According to the petitioner, he has sent a representation dated 20.06.2025 to respondent No.3 with a request to provide police aid by duly enclosing copies of the said order dated 13.06.2025 and the interim order dated 0E.11.2022 n I.A. No.l347 of 2021 in O.S. No.943 of 2021. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.3, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. ) 2 KL,J ,{ .P. No 22252 of2025

Though the petitioner has contended that h,: sent the said representation dated 20.06.2025 to respondent No.3 a:rd filed postal receipt, but has not filed any proofofservice of the said representation on respondent No.3. Without filing proof, he cannot s:r::k a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the same.

In the light of the above, this writ petition ir disposed of directing the petitioner herein to approach respondent Nr.3 and submit fresh representation physically by enclosing copies ol r.he aforesaid orders dated 13.06.2025 in I.A.No.349 of 2024 anC the inrerim injunction order dated 08.11.2022 in I.A. No.1347 of ).02t in O.S. No.943 of 20lZl passed by learned principal Junior (jivit Judge at Jangaon, within one (01) week from today intimating the date, rime etc., of police protection. On receipt of the said r r.oresentation, respondent No.3 shall provide police aid in comp iance of the aforesaid ordel as sought by the petitioner. In the cirr:rrrnstances of the case, there ;hall be no order as to costs.
