Heard leamed Mr' N'Venkateshwar Rao' learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. K' Ravi Mahender' leamed Standing Counsel for GHMC' appearing tbr respondents No'2 to 4; and perused the material on record' Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC' basing on the written l. instructions, submitted that on complaint of the petitioner' show cause notice dated 3O'Og'2024 was issued to respondent No'7' As the said notice was not complied with' speaking order dated 09'10'2024 was passed directing respondent No'7 to remove ' the unauthorized constructions made in the subject property within a period of fifteen (15) r -r . ;- ; : !;*r 16 -,,.;; 2 days lrom the date of receipt of the said notice. Ar; the unauthorized construction was not removed, respondent No.3 is:;ucd notice under Section 46 l-A of the Greater l{yderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and seized the subject propefty on 24.03.2025 wherein unauthorized constluctions have been rnade in deviation o' the sanctioned plan_

Leamed counsel fbr the petitioner submitted that the construction activity is going on in the subject property and there is delay on the part of the respondent authorities in taking steps to implernent the speaking order dated 09.10.2025. Such contentions are disputed by the leamed Standing Counscl lor C[{MC.

In the circurnstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authoriries to implemenr the speaking order dated og.ro.2024 for removar of unauthorized constructions made by respondent No.7 in the subject propefty, if not already irnplemented. The petitioner is given liberty to approach this court if the speaking order rs not implenrented.
