The petitioner herein is claiming to be the o\rrner and in possession of land admeasuring 2997 square yards 1n Sy.No.48/ 1 .situated at Petbasheerabad Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malka.lgiri District. He has applied for regularization ol the said property in terms of G.O.Ms.No.92, Revenue (ULC) Department, dated 26.05.2016, by \vay of submitting an application vide ID.No.TSU1CR02 160003 1454 On receipt oi Lhe said application, the 3.a respondent issued demand notice dated 22.12.2023, demanding an amount of Rs. 1,34,86,500/ tor,vards regularization charges. The petitioner has paid the said amount. [n proof of the same, he has filed a copy ol challans. Even then, the 4,n respondent is not executing conve,yance deed in favour of the petitioner.
