This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M/s RESU LAW OFFICE , Advocate for the Petitioner and the Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 , and of Sri P. Cha ndrashekar, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.911 3 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER 1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos. l to 7 in Crime No.1087 ot 2O?-1, on the file of Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Cyb:rabad District, registered for the offences punishable under sections 415, 406, 420, 468,471 and 120b read with 34 of lPC, 1860 and Se:ction 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7 as well as respondent No.2 that during p,endency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.No.2 & 3 of 2025 have been filed by respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to ,:ompound the offences, to record compromise and to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime.

4. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana yrde orders dated 23.10.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.
5. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 04.11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.1087 of 2021, on the file of Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad District, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Bar Association, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana, within a 3 Efo,) t.ANot.2&3ol2O2s ih/ohd c.]p No9t13 ol 2025 period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry

The photograph enclosed to the above said Sale documents is pertaining to a Fake person and in all the above Fake and forged Sale Deeds two persons namely P.Vara Prasad S/o P'Bala prasad, and B.Srinivas S/o. B.Narasimha attested as witnesses i'e, the Accused Nos.9 and 10 herein.. In the sard documents the.names of the Vertdees are i) Mr.N'Ram Reddy S/o. N.P.Reddy (Petitioner No.1), ii) Rama Devi Nadikattu W/o. R.Reddappa Reddy (Petitioner No.2), iii) Shanthi Nadikattu W/o.
