Sudheer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr appearing lor respondent No.1 and Mr. N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for TGSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the material available on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was initially appointed in Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board in the year 1979 as casual labour and there was a lot of litigation with regard to casual labour about the retrenchment. After lot of litigation, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No.18825 of 1988 seeking for Justice and this Court vide judgment dated 21-03-199 1 (A1) allowed the writ petition with costs directing the respondents therein that the petitioner shall be appointed as bill collector from the category of helper and there was also a direction that the petitioner shall be absorbed as helper with reference to the dates of Mallesham and Chandraiah were appointed as helpers.

It is further submitted that, implementing the said Judgment vide proceedings dated O1-06-1991 (A2) was issued through which the petitioner was absorbed as helpe+ qrith effect from 27 -08-1983 the date on which Mallesham and Chandraiah were er'rsorbed as helpers. It is further submitted that in the teeth of the at ove, though helper ' was given to the petitioner from 1983, bill coliector u,as denied despite the dismissal of the writ appeal. 4 . It is frrrther submitted that the petitione: has made several representatic,ns for promotion as a bill collector a nd when the same were not considered by the respondent authorities, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.7259 of 2O03 and during the pende r cy of the said writ petition, the claim o[ the petitioner for the post <,f bill collector was rejectcd vide procecdings da tcd O4.O2.2O12 (A4) z nd challenging the rejection order daLed 04.O2.2012, the petitioner ;ought amendment for prayer in W.P.No.7259 ol 2003, and ultirr; t tely the said writ petition was perrtly allou,ed on 09.09.2015 (A5) cy setting aside the rejection order d:rted 04.O2.2012, hou,ever, the prrrer of the petitioner for bill coll,:ctor r,vas denicd. Challenging ttr, Judgment dated
09.09.2016, the petitioner has hled W.A.No.12a l; of 2016 and the same was dismissed by the Hon'blc Division Benr; r of this Court vide Judgment dated O6.08.2024 (A6) accepting the pr' itioner's promotion in another F,romotional channel and the petitione r was promoted as Assistant line man on 22.06.1994, and Line man on 24.O2.L996 ar d Line inspector on 17. 1O.2OOI and rvas retired frorr service in the year 2014 and ther-efore, the petitioner didn't protest lc go into the other channel for the post of bill collector and was declined by the Hon'ble Division Bench
5. Challenging the Judgment dated 06.O8.2O24, th-e petitioner has hled SLP 218O of 2025 before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the same was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 3L.1O.2O25 (A7). Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has made three representations on 25.O3.2025,22.O4.2025 and 28.05.2025 for promotion to the post of Assistant Line man, Line man, Line inspector on par with Mallesham whose date of absorption as helper was given to the petitioner i.e. 27 .O8.1983 and further promote the petitioner as Foreman Grade I and Grade-ll as per his eligibility and seniority and release all consequential benefits and arrears of salary and pension. To that extent, the peti[ioner has made representations on
25.O3.2025, 22.O4.2025 and 28.O5.2025 for promotion to the post of \ Assistant Line man, Line man, Line inspector on par with Mallesham. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
6. Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they '"vould consider the representations dated
25.03.2025, 22.04.2025 and 28.05.2O25, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. ) )

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, rvithout going into the merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed ro consider the representations dated 25.O3.2025, 22.O4.2021, and 2a.OS.2O2S, submitted try the petitioner and pass appropriat: orders thereon, in accordance u,ith law, within a period of Six (06) ,",r.r eks from the date of receipt of a ,ropy of this order.

Hou,ever, it is made clear lhat after disposal of the said rep,resentations, if he has an5, grievanct: lhe petitioner is at liberty to approach ttris Court afrcsh for the same -elief.
