3. Heard Sri Samudraia Mani Chander Raj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri Srinivas Reddy Maddi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondcnts.

4. While arguing the matter, bottr the learned counsel requested this Court to direct the trial court to dispose of I.A.Nos.7i5 and 716 ot 2OI9 in O.S.No.25l of 2019 as I ( 7 expeditiously as possible, and a,lso requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. Considering the limited grievance raised by bottr learned counsel, this Court deems it ht to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.Nos.715 and 716 of 2OL9 in O.S.No.2S1 of 2Ol9 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this. order.
