2. According to the Petitioner, he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac'2'39 gulltas tll Sy.No.344lAi1,, situated at Zaheerabad Village and Mandal' Sanga Reddy District. In proof of the same' he has filed the copies of latest pattadar passbook-cum-title deed and also the Decree and Judgment, dated 31'10'2016 in O'S'No'11'1 of 2016 passed by the learned Family Judge-cum-Vll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy' He has submitted an online application bearing No'2500008712' dated 16'06'2025 with respondent No.2 with a request to delete the subject properly from the list of prohibited properlies' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application' respondent No.2 did not act upon the sarne' Aggrieved by the \ - a!'ff!:+!* \ -}'A+- .o-:' r *J'. ' \ ', \ \ 2 said inaction of responcient No.2, petitioner filed the present - writ petition.

3. Learned Assistant Govemrnen[ plcader for Revenue, on instructions, would submil. that respondent No.2 will consider the said online application strictly in accor.dance with law.

In the light of thc said submission, this writ petition is disposed oldirccting rcspondent No.2 to consider and dispose ol the albresaid online application bearing No.250000g712, dated 16.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner with a request to delete l.he subject properly from the list of prohibited properties, in accordance with law. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request lnade by thc petitioner, he shall assign specific reasous, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the samc to the petitioner. He shall complete the ent.ire exercise within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Libcfty is also granted to the petitioner to submit fresh online application to the Competent Authority as specihed in w..t::r._r.,: /,, ,.".;.: ../,' 3 Schedule A of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules , 2025 (for short 'the Rules, 2025'), seeking mutation of his name and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook' On receipt of the saicl application, the Cornpetent Authority as specified in Schedule A of the Rules, 2025, shall consider the same and disposc it of ill accordatlce with law, within sixty (60) days from thc date ofreceipt olthe said application' Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
