Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that after the investigation in Clrime No.225 of 2O16, charge sheet has beep filed and the I same was numbered as C.C.No.3432 of 2018 on the file of XVlll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. Thereafter, on trial, the accused were acquitted vide judgment dated 29.09.2023, thus the cause raised in the petition does not survive.

6. The contest of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 registered crime against the petitioner basing on false complaint. 2

Having regard to the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, as the petitioners were acquitted, the cause raised in the writ petition is already redressed, and this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
