2. Heard Sri A.Gopala Krishna, lcarned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L-Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grandmother of the petitioner, by' name pochamma was the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.7.O2 guntas in Sy.No.248 situated at Girmapur Village, Medchal Mandal, l- 2 EVV. 16.06.2024 made by the pctitioner is pcnding before the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the said application strictly in accordance n'ith the provisions of the Registration Act, i908 and duly taking into consideration of the pattadar pass book issued in favour ol the petitioner pass appropriate orders in accordance rvith law as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
