Raman Kumar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for SCCL appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the material available on record.

The present writ petition is liled declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing o[ the petitioner's application dated 24.O7.2O23 seeking compassionate appointment to his son, Nallabheema Srinivas, pursuant to his medical invalidarion from service in the Singareni Collieries Company Limited, as illegal and arbitrary.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was formerly employed as a Haulage Operator (HOP) witi the Singareni Collieries Company Ltd. (S.C.C.L.). It is further submitted that due to health complications, the petitioner was declared medically unfit for service by the competent medical board of the respondent company on 3O.05.2O23. Consequently., his service with the company came to an end on medical grounds. I
4. karned counsei for the petitioner furthe : submitted that in accordance with the rules and schemes of the respondent company providing for compassionate appointments, the pr:titioner submitted a notary aflrdavrt on 24.07.2023, requesting that €!n appointment be provided to his son, Nallabheema Srinivas (Date ol Birth: 29.O5.1989), on compassionate grounds due to petitioner's mccli,:al invalidation. In pursuant to the petitioner's application, he was rli:-ected by the ofhce of the 3'd respondent to appear for an enqrriry before the 4tt' respondent i.e. the Vigilance Department at ttLe Corporate Office, Kothagudcm. These directions were communicate I to the petitioner through offrcial letters dated 26.09.2024 and 16.11-2024.
5. lrarned counsel for the petitioner further s;ubmitted that the petitioncr has attended both the vigilance enquirl , but till today there is no information from the respondent authc rities, whether the pctitioner's case for compassionate appointmet'rt to his son was considered or not. Aggrieved by the same, the p.etitioner has sent a representation dated 19.O5.2O25 by courier to the respondent authorities and the same is pending till today.
6. Learned counsel appearing for the respondetrts submitted that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh represt:ntation ald based upon such representation being filed by the petitiorLer, authorities will consider his case and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with \

In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority for compassionate appointment to his son, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being made, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of six (O6) weeks therefrom.
