2. It is submitted that the Respondent no.2 herein lodged a complaint before Police Town-Vi Nizamabad against pe:titioner herein and the Police Town-VI Nizamabad registered a case in Cr.No.i10/2025, Dt: 25.04.2025 for the offences under sections U/sec 308(2) 3s1(2)BNS.

3. I submit that on the intervention of the well wishers and elders of the both parties, They settled the matter amicably out of the court. That due to the said reasons, The 2nd Respondent came forward to withdraw the complaint for which 2nd Respondent also executed an Affidavit stating that he is ready to withdraw the above said case.

4. It is submitted that the matter is settled out of the coud, I am ready to withdraw the case against the petitioner considering all the above circumstances this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the F.I.R No.110 of 2025 on the file of P.S. VI Town Nizamabad, otherwise the petitioner and his tamily members will suffer irreparable loss. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the compromise statement and quash the F.I.R No.110 of 2025 on the file of P.S.
