This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mohd lslamurJdin Ansari, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of tMohd. Recently dispute with 1't petitionerlAl arose with regard to refund of money there was argument taken place between the 1't petitioner and 2nd respondent. The 2nd petitioner is 1tt petitioner friend. Due to misunder:itanding and to get time to repay the amount, th,e 2d respondent lodges thr-. present complaint

3. That bas ng upon the complaint, the police registered a case in Crime No. 47812025 U/s 351(3) r/w 3(5) BN.S. 1. That the Second Party keeping an view of the intervention of the elders, and settlement of monetary issue with the First PaO, the Second Party has agreed to withdraw ffte case in F.l.R.No.478 of 2025 on the file of the L.B Nagar police Station, R.R. District.

2. Thatthe Second Party has hereby agreed to settle the monetary dispute with the first Party and agreed to withdraw the complaint for the sake of better future of the both of them.
