O R D E R:

Aggrieved by the alleged intervention of the 9th respondent in handing over the “MARUTHI” Alto Lxi bearing No. AP9 MA T/R 5792 to the 12th respondent in contravention of the statutory obligations of the 9th respondent qua an F.I.R dated 05-06-2004, registered in Afzalgunj police station the writ petition is filed. In respect of this grievance, the petitioner has appropriate remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure. In the circumstances, this court does not see any reason to go into the issue in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to pursue all such alternative remedies as are available to them under law. No costs. ___________ 13-12-2004 Mjl/* To
