2. Learned counsel for the pe[itioners submitted that the petitioners lvere appointed as police constables in erstwhile Mahabubnagar District betr.r,een 1992 to 1998. After formation of State of Telangana, in pursuance of presidential order dated
29.O8.2O18, the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No. 124, dated
30.O8.2018 for reorganizing the local cadres. Subsequently, the Government issued G.O.MS. No 317 dated 06.12.2027 for allotment of persons holding the post required to be organized into local cadres. It is further submitted that, in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.317, the petitioners' services were transferred to Cyberabad Commissionerate duly considering their options dated 2l-12-2021. \n terms of G.O.Ms.No.317, the petitioners are entitled for protection of seniority in the transferred cadre, duly placing their names at appropriate places along u.ith their batch-mates and further the authorities shall consider the petitioners' cases for promotion to the post of Head Constables. It is further submitted that, without preparing fresh seniority 3. list by including the petitioners' names in the transferred cadre of Cyberabad Commissionerate along with their batch-mates, the 4h respondent issued orders dated 09.1 l '2022, sending the juniors than the petitioners, who belongs to 2O0O batch, for pre-promotional training of Head Constables ignoring the petitioners' cases' Pending finalization of seniority, the petitioners' were promoted as head constables vide proceedings dated 4-4-2022' It is further submitted that, after sending the juniors of the petitioners, the petitioners cases were considered for pre-promotional training for the post of Head constables vidc orders dated, o2.o2.2o23, though the petitioners are entitted for seniority at appropriate place over and above their junior batch-mates of the year 2OOO and entitled for pre-promotional training prior to their juniors' batch of the year 20O0' It is further submitted that, while things stood thus' the 4. Government has issued G.o.RT.No.So d,aled 20.o1.2025, regularizing the services of juniors of the petitioners as head constables w'e'f' 15.O2.2O18 and also assigned notional seniority w'e'f' l5'O2'2Ol8 It is also pertinent to submit that, the petitioners' No' 11' 13 and 17 earlier approached this Court by hling W'P'No '22a5O of 2O 18 challenging G.O.Ms.No. 19, O"Y 6-2-2018 and the same was disposed of along with W.P.No.4636 of 2O18 dated 25-t-2O22 duly declaring that the petitioners are entitled for seniorit5r, however, without considering their cases, the respondents implemented this Court orders by pick and choose. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have submitted representations dated 12.02.2025 arrd,
13.02.2025, before the respondent authorities, to consider their police constables 1992- 1998 batch of erstwhile seniorit5r of Mahabubnagar District, who are allotted to Cyberabad Commissionerate in terms o[ G.O.Ms.No 317 vide proceedings dated 2l-12-2021. But, till today, the respondent authorities neither accepted nor rejected the said represen tations. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
5. Learned Governmenl Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents submitted that they would consider the representations dated 12.02.2025 and 13.02.2025, submitred by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representations dated 12.02.2025 and 13.02.2025, submitted by the petitioners for seniority of police constabres rg92-1g9g batch of erstwhile Mahabubnagar District and pass appropriate orders , , thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
