Hence my client request you to fix salary duly taking into consideration of 3 due increments for the years 2007 to 2010 and also special Grade increments for the service of 6 rs and 12 years with arrears within a period of 2 weeks from the date of recipe of this notice otherwise, my client has no other option except to initiate appropriate legal notice and you will held responsible for all the consequences thereof. Learned r:ounsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits the petitioner is eligible for retease of Speciat grade increments on completion of 6 years and j.2: years apart from releasing petitioner,s annual grade increments for the years 2O0g to 2010, and the petitioner made a representatiorr, dated 1-2.O,d,.2O2O and atso issued a legat notice, dated 0g.11.2020 to the 2"d respondent with regard to the above said subject issue. However, the 2.d respondent dirl not sanction the same to the pet:itioner and failed to consider the representation -u6u [ry the petitioner, daterd 12.08.2020 and legal notice, dated

08.71.2O2O issrled by the petitioner to the 2"d respondent.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No 2l submits that in view of the fact that the counter does not revea! any. consideration of the petitioner's representation, dated L2'Oa'2O2O and also the legal notice, dated O8'11'2O2O issued on behalf of the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, the Writ Petition could be disposed of dilecting the 2nd respondent to consicler the grievance of the petitioner as put-forth by the pel:itioner vide petitioner's representation' dated 12'O8'2Oi20 and 7 sN,l also the grievance of the petitioner as addressed through the petitioner's legal notice' dated 08'11'2020 issued by the znd respondent in accordance to law within a reasonable Period'
