20.03.2025, for mutating his name in the municipal records in respect of the premises bearing i) H.Nos. I l-166 and ll-161 , admeasuring 3751 square yards in Survey Nos. 166/E and 167/E, ii) H.No.1l-164ll, admeasuring 375 square yards in Survey No.148; and iii) H.No.11-164, admeasuring 544.5 square yards in Survey No. 148, situated at Bollaram Municipality (erstwhile Bollaram Village), Jinnaram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

[t is stated that the petitioner, under the guardianship of his parents, acquired the subject premises bearing H.Nos. 1l-166 and ll-167, admeasuring 3751 square yards in Surwey Nos. l66lF, and 167lE through registered gift deed bearing document No.508 I of 20 I 9 dated, 04.02.2019; premises bearing H.No.l1-164ll, admeasuring 375 square yards in Survey No.l48 through registered gift deed bearing document No.5084 of 2019 dated 04.02.2019; and premises bearing H.No.l l-164, admeasuring

544.5 square yards in Survey No. 148 through registered gift deed bearing 2 -! document No.5065 of 2019 dated,04.02.2Ol9. It is submitted that due to inadvertence, the house numbers were not mentioned in the said gift deeds and despite the subject property being transferred in favour of the petitioner, the names of the donors have been continuing in the municipal records in respect of the subj ect property. As such, the petitioner submitted representation dated 20.03.2025 for mutating his name in the revenue records before the respondent No.2 Municipality under the guardianship of his parents for mutating his name in the municipal records in respect of the subject property but so far no action has been initiated till date, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 Municipality, submitted that the house numbers are not mentioned in the registered gift deeds based on which, ownership is claimed by the petitioner. However, appropriate action wili be taken on the mutation application of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 Municipality to consider the petitioner,s representation dated 20.03.2025, for mutating his name in the municipal 3 records in respect of the premises bearing i) H.Nos.ll-166 and 11-167, admeasuring 375 I square yards in Survey Nos. l66lE and l67lE, tl) H.No.ll-16411, admeasuring 375 square yards in Survey No. 148; and iii) H.No. I 1- 164, admeasuring 544.5 square yards in Survey No. 148, situated at Bollaram Municipaliry (erstwhile Bollaram Viltage),, Jinnaram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, by issuing notice to the petitioner and to all other concemed,/interested persons and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks ffom the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
