According to the petitioners, husband of the 1"t petitioner and father of the 2"d petitioner, late Sri Jadi Posham was the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 3.20 guntas in Survey No'125/A (Old Survey No.125), situated at Naspur Viilage and Mandal, Mancherial District (for short, 'the subject property') and he was protected tenant and certificate under Section 38E of the Telangana Tenalcy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 was also issued in his favour and he died in the year 2015. Thereafter, the petitioners succeeded the subject property. The subject property is missing in the Dharani Porta,l. Therefore, they have submitted online application uide 1D.No.2300112348 dated 13'07'2023 with 2"d respondent with a request to correct the said wrong entry' The same was rejected with one word "Rejected". Challenging the said order, petitioners filed the present writ petition contending that I while rejecting the said application, 2"a respondent did r-rot assign \ 2 artv reason

3. Perusal of the said rejection would reveal that 2"d respondent has rejected the application filed by the petitioners seeking correction of data in the Dharani Portal r.r,,ith one word i.e., 'Rejected". It is not a reasoned order. Any order passed without reasons rs nonest.

4. Therefore, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, only on the said ground, the rejection order is set aside. The matter is remanded back to 2".r respondent with a direction to consider the aforesaid online application afresh and pass appropriate orders specifying the reasons in accordance with law. He shall complete the said exercise within 6O days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
