Heard Mr. Prashant Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.2, 5 to 7, Mr. K. Pradeep Reddy, learned Standing counsel for ZPP papering for respondent No'3 and Mr. M. Murali Krishna, learned Standing counsel for Accountant General appearing for respondent No.4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.01.2025 and till now, her retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed' However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be I I released to the beneficia ries. )

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity, Commutation, Leave Encashment, GPF etc., as per the orders of the 4th Respondent in Lr. No.AG(&E)/P 13/IIlN -364 / SP 72/ 2024- 72 / 304r, dated 15.01.2025 and i) Token No.2523923564, dated tO'02'2025, Gratuity amount of Rs.3,95,586-00, ii) Token No'2523923565, dated 10.02.2025, Gratuity amount of Rs.12,04,414-00, iii) Token No.2523923563, dated 70.02.2025, commutation amount oF Rs.5,27,O44-OO, iv) Token No.2523923562, dated lO'02'2025, Commutation amount of Rs.16,04,653-00, v)Token No' 2523990467, dated 18.02.2025, Final EL encashment amount of Rs.g,29,714- 00 and vi) Cheque No.2600676096, dated 02.07.2025, GPF amount of Rs.7,79,846-00, pertaining to the petltioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve ( 12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' There shall be no order as to costs.
