SREEDHLR REDDY, SC FOR TRANS 3O The Coult made the following: ORDER HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA WRIT PETITION No.2O668 of 2025 ORDER: The briei facts o[ the case as can be seen from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac. 1O.01 guntas in Sy.Nos.18/A/21t, 18lL/212, t8/Al3lt, 18lAl3/2, 18lAl1, 18lAl2, 18lEE/r/r, t8/trEl2lr, rslEE/31r, 18lEEl3/2, 18lEl2, tslElr, 181trtr/t12, t8ltrEl2/2, t8/A/ 1/2 ar.d lS I Ll 1 / I situated at Rangapur Village, Basireddypalli Gramapanchayat, Parigi Mandal, Vikarabad District having purchased the same under registered documents. The names of the petitioners were also mutated in the revenue records in respect of above said lands. During the pendency of the writ petition {iled by the petitioners vide W.P.No .32757 of 2021, th,e respondents restrained themselves from laying electricity high tension towers over the lands of the petitioners, the said writ petitron was withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. H, on 10.07.2025 and 15.07 .2025 the respondent Nos.2 to 6 visited the lands of the petitioners and threatened to lay electricity high tension towers. \-1 2 NBK, J wp 20668 2025 +:

The gricvance of the petitioners is that tl-re r land is fertile and viablc for agricultural purpose and the rt'spondents are having altcrr-rative route for crccting electricity r.orr,crs but the respondents are intentionally laying qlecLn,-it5' towers intentionally over the lands of the pe titione rs.

During the course o[ argumcnts, Sri N- St-ccdhar Reddy, learned Government Pleader lor Energr fairly sut,rnittecl that for erecting ele ctricity high tcnsion polcs over the su blt'ct lands the respondents are u,illing to pay compcnsaticn arnount of Rs.1,5O,O0O/- for each gunta o[ land to the ou ners of the subject lancls after due verification of the recordr; submitted by the owners o1' the subject lands with regarci to thr:il t.itle over subject lands.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to submit relevant documentary evidence to establish their title and possession over the subject lancls to the respondents and on satisfying with such documentary evidence, the respondents shall pay compensation to the petitioners as proposed by them in accordance with law. The petitioners are at liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent authority for enhancement of compensation amount as proposed to be paid by the rcspondents.
