Sri Mohammed Abdut Shabbeer, Senior Manager-Legal Claims for the Respondent No.2-lnsurance Company has appeared before the Lok Adalat and represented that the Appettant/Petitioner/Ctaimant has appeared before the District Legat Services Authority, Nizamabad. It is reported by the Respondent No.2-lnsurance Company that during the pendency of this Appeat, both the parties have mutuatty entered into a setttement and in pursuance of the same, the Appettant/ Petitioner/Ctaimant has agreed to receive an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One takh onty) towards futt and final setttement of his ctaim in addition to the amount atready deposited and the lnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same towards futl and finat setttement of the ctaim.
