The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the ground filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.V. Bhanoji Ramars, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER”

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No. 179 of 2011 of Cyberabad Police Station, Kukatpally, Miyapur, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 384 and 506 IPC. interim 2. Therefore, anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner is directed to appear before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Miyapur, within ten (10) days from today. it appropriate to grant I consider ii) On such surrender, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Miyapur. iii) The petitioner is further directed to report before the Investigating officer, as and when they are summoned. Post the matter after four weeks.
