3. The case of the petitioner in brief is that the petitioner married one M.A. Kaleem, who is working as Assistant Engineer, LMRC Corporate Office with ID No.01068310 on 29.09.2016. On 22.7L.2016 the husband of the petitioner met with an accident and was unable to move from bed up to 09.08.2021.
