(v) Declaring the action of respondents in not revising Family Pension as arbitrary and unjust, and consequently direct the respondents to revise the family pension at the rate o'f 3Oo/o of the pensionable substantive salary drawn by an employee as on the date of retirement; (vi) declaring the formulated by the Respondent-Bank in terms of Rule 23 (5) of the State Bank of India Pension Fund Rules in prescribing minimum family pension at Rs.300/- per month as arbitrary and discriminatory; and consequently direct the respondent-Bank to revise the minimum Family Pension in tune with wage revisions made in the years 1 987, 1992 and 1997 and order for payment of arrears with appropriate rate of interest.
