District within the limits of Maheshwaram Grampanchayath is illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, politically motivated, against the principles of natural justice and fair play and violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.4 to 12 to remove the illegally erected dabbas, bunks and petty shops etc. by the Respondents No.14 to 46 on the waqf property i.e. graveyard and Dargah Hazralh Syed Samaj Khel Shah Vali known as Dargah Samaj Karnal Shah Vali, is situated in the abadi at Maheshwaram Village and Mandal, R.R.
