Computer Operators working on consolidated basis in DWMAs/CLRC vide the sth Respondent Proceedings No.7759iSRDS/HR/09 dated 21 .11 2009 inspite of representing to the respondents repeatedly by the petitioners herein vide representations dated 28- 10-2010, 29-07-2013, 25-11-2013, 30-11-2013 and 30-05-2025, and despite of recommendations made to the 2nd Respondent by the Project Director, DWMA, Nalgonda vide letter dated 22-10-2010. 10-12-201 3, and 31 08.2014, and by the 3rd Respondent vide letters dated 26-03-2011, 20-03-2013, 11.07.2016 and Nil- 09-2017 is as highly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust, improper apart from being contrary to all principles of natural .iustice and in vrolation of Articles '14, '16 and 21 oI the Constitution of lndia, and (B) further declare that all the petitioners herein are entitled to include in to the fold of HR Polrcy with all consequential benefits and monetary benefits etc., on par with the similarly situated staff viz. Computer Operators working on consolidated basis in DWII/A/CLRC who were extended the benefit of HR Policy since 0110412008 vide the 5th Respondent proceedings No. 7759lSRDS/HR/09 dated 21 112009 with all consequentral benefits and monetary benefits pending disposal of the ab e writ petition pending disposal of the above writ petition. The present rvrit petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 5 in not including the petitioners into the fold of HR Policy of Fixed Tenure Employees of Society for Rural Development Services, Office of Commissioner, Rura-l Development as extended to the similarly situated persons since O1.04,2008 viz., the Computer Operators working on consolidated basis like petitioners herein in the office of Project Director, District Water Management Agency (DWMA), and Cluster Level RRN,J W.P.N,J..2O742 of 2025 Resources Center (CLRC), vide th respondent proceedings No.7759lSRDS/HR/09 dated

Learned counsel for the etitioners submitted that initially the petitioners tlvef e pnointed on consolidated basis in the District Rural D eiopment Agency (DRDA), Drought Prone Area Program e (DPAP), District Water - RRN,J \V P. No 20742 of 2025 -) Management Agency (DWMA) and Cluster Level Resources Centers (CLRC) in Nalgonda District o[ the Cornbined State of Andhra Pradesh, before the implementation of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS). The petitioners herein are working in their respective departments on par with the Computer C)perators working on consolidated basis in DWMA/CLRC. After bifurcation of Combined State of Andhra Pradesh the petitroners herein are posted to Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District and continuing presently in the same District. He further submitted that some of the Computer Operators who were also appointed on consolidated basis along with the petitioners herein were brought into the fold of HR Policy of Fixed Tenure trmployees of Society for Rural Development Services vide 5th respondent proceedings No.7759/SRDS/FIR/09 dated 2l.ll.2OO9, as such, the petitioners herein are also entitled to include into the fold of HR Policy and to treat as Fixed Tenure Employees on par with Computer Operators. 4 RRN,J W.P.No.2O742 of 2025 +. Learned counsel for the pe itioners further submitted that as the petitioners herein a e not included under HR Policy they submitted represen ations dated 28.1O.2010,
29.O7.20t3, 25.tt.20L3, 30.1 1. 013 and 3O.05.2025 to respondents with a request to xtend the benefit of HR policy of Fixed Tenure Employee to the petitioners on par with Computer Operators. But, espondent authorities did not act upon the same. Aggrieve by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
5. Learned counsel appeari g for the respondents submitted that the responde ts would consider the representations, dated 30.05,2 25, submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate rders, in accordance with 1aw.
6. Having considered the s bmissions made by the learned counsel for respecti're parties, the respondents authorities are directed to cc>n ider the representations, - 5 RRN,J \tr. P. No.20742 of 2025 dated 30.05.2025, submitted by the petitioners, with a request to extend the benelit of HR policy on par with the Computer Operators, ald pass appropriate orders, 1n accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. SD/-A .
