The present writ petition is hled aggrievecl by the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 5 for not including the petitioners into the fold of HR Policy of Flxed Tenure Employees of Society for Rura-l Development Services, AS extended to the Computer Operators working consolidatecl basis like petitioners herein in the office of Project Director, District Water Management Agency (DWMA), and Cluster Level Resources Center (CLRC), Nalgonda vide 5th respondent proceedings \-- RRN,J W. P. No 20639 of2O25 \ 2 No.7759lSRDS/HR/09 dated 2lll.2OO9 inspite of representing to the resPond nts repeatedly by the petitioncrs vide rePresentati ns dated 28.lO.2OLO,

30.O5.2025 with a request to ext nd the benefit of HR policy of Fixed Tenure EmploYees to the petitioners on par with the Computer OPerators working in the office of Project Director, District Water Manage nt Agency (DWMA).

Learned counsel for the etitioner submitted that initially the petitioners were a pointed on consolidated basis in the District Rural Dev lopment Agency (DRDA), Drought Prone Area Programm (DPAP), District Water Management AgencY (DWMA) an Cluster Level Resources Centers (CLRC) in Nalgonda Dis ict of the Combined State of Andhra Pradesh, before the plementation of National Rural Employment Guarantee petitioners herein are worki Scheme (NREGS). After bilurcation of Combined State of Andhra Pradesh the petitioners herein are posted to Suryapet Distr-ict and continuing presently in the same District. He [urther submitted that some of the Computer Operators u,hr> were also appointed consolidated basis along with the petitioners herein were brought into the lold of HR Policy of Fixed Tenure Employees of Society lor Rural Development Services vide 5th respondent proceedings No.7759/SRDS/HR/09 dated

21.11.2OO9, as such, the petitioners herein are also entitled to include into the fold of I{R Policy and to treat as Fixed Tenure Employees on par with Computer Operators.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that as the petitior-rers herein are not includecl under HR Policy the.y submitted representations dated 28.10.2010,
