According to the petitio er, her husband late Sri Bandi Pochaiah was the absolute o ner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs. 1.O 1 guntas i Survey No.87314, situated at Korremula Revenue Village, hatkesar Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District (for short, e subject propertyJ. The petitioner's husband died on 9 .12.1993. Thereafter, tlie petitioner succeeded the subject roperty. In proof of the same, she has filed copy of proceedin dated 10.O3.2006 of Revenue Divisional Ofhcer, East Division, Ranga Reddy District. Even then, the subject property is me tioned in the list of prohibited properties in terms of Section 22- of the Registration Act, 1908. Therefore, she has submitted o ne application uide Application No.2500037400 dated 09.06.202 with 4th respondent with a request to delete the subject pro erty from the list of prohibited properties. Despite receiving arr acknowledging the said online i LI ;Ei 2 application, 4ft respondent did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 4tr' respondent, petitioner fi1ed the present writ petition.

Whereas, learned Assistant Governrnent pleader for Assignment, on instructions, rvould submit that 4tr, respondent will consider the said online application and dispose it of in accordance s'ith law. 4 \ride order dated 19.09.2O24 in W.p.No.24t3B of 2024, in similar circumstances this Court directccl the revenue authorities to consider the application hled bv the petitioners therein for correction of entries.

In thc light of the said discussion, this Writ petition is disposed of directing 4*, respondent to consicler the online application submitted by the petitioner tide Application No.25000374O0 dated 09.06.2025 and dispose it of in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If the 4th respondent is not inclined to accept the requesL made by the petitioner, hc shal1 assign specihc reasons, pass an order and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner herein. He , nt? 3 shail complete the said exercise thin a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Respondent No.2 is also directed to consider the quest made by the petitioner to delete the subject prope from the list of prohibitory properties, mutate her name request records and issue e- pattadar passbook.
