Brief facts of the case are that petitioners are owners of the land to arr extent of 260 square yards, which was purchased by the father of petitioner No.2 under sada sale deed dated 11.06.1967 and later constructed house bearing H.No.7-1-328. It is stated that at the instance of respondent No.s, respondent No.3 had initiated the LTR case vide No. 35/2023/MGR against petitioners, and without issuing any notice, the 3.d respondent issued impugned orders, dated O 1.O7.2O24 directing the 46 respondent to take steps 2 for vacating petitioners from the residential hour;e and take the custody of the same with the government under the cover of the panchanama, and the said impugrred order w as received by petitioners on 12.O7.2024. Pursualt to the receiving the sajd order, petitioners f ed statutory appea-l vide CMA No.6.J/2 O24 before respondent No.2 and the said CMA was dismissed on 30.05.2025. Questioning the said dismissal order, petitioners filed revision petition before respondent No. 1 seeking to grant slay on the order dated 3O.05.2025 in CMA No.63/2024 passed by lcspondent No.2 ald not to dispossess them from the schedule propert5z, but no steps are taken by respondent No.l. Aggrieved b1 :he same, t-his writ petition is filed.
4. l,earned Government Pleader for Social Welfa-c appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 submits that the revisrcn frled b1, the petitioners has been numbered as C.No.902/TW.LTR/2025, and in view of numbertng, respondent No.1 will dispose ol- the same as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dispcs,:d of directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the revision petitiorL frled b5, the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the daie of receipt of a copy of this order.
