2. Heard Mr.S.Nagesh Reddy, learned counsel r r the petitioners, Mr.Atul Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for rcs I r rdent No.2 and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Iearned Additional [ .-l blic prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1-State. 2

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered inlo compromise and liled Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have hled I_A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O2S seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively. 4. This Court uid_e order, dated I 9. L2 .2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court l,egal services committee, Hyderabad, on or before 22.12.2o2s. In compliance of the said order, the Secrctary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dared 22.I2.2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 rvere duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Voter ID Card , [t is further stated that the parties have willfulry and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respectivc parries, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2oi| are allowed. consequentry, the proceedings in FIR No.log of 2o2s of Women Police Station, East Zone, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners. 3
