Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government pieader for staLte of A.crhra Pradesh have brought to the notice of this Court that a modilication has been made in the order dated O1.O4.2O21 rendered b1, this Court in W.p.Nos.97B4 of 2019 and batch uide order dated 02.O9.2025 passed in I.A.No. 1 of 2023 in W.P.No. 1010O of 2Ot9 and I.A.No. l of 2023 in W.p.No.10386 of 2019 preferrcd by the State of Andhra pradesh. Ir- is submitted that the elfective date for preparation of the Seniorit_y List in the parent State of Andhra pradesh is to be treated as O1.06.2014 instead of 02.06.2014 since the State got divided on 02 .06 .2O 1 4 . Pursuant to the modification, the l)irectorate ol Insurance, Government of Andhra pradesh has issuecl an order appointing a Nodal Officer for upioading the required material i.e., revised Senioritv List of Assistant Directors of Insurance in Form III on the A.P. Reorganization Website and to maintain liaison u.ith the G.A (SR) Department in the process of allocation. It is submitted that the Nodal Officer would I I _) facilitate the exercise of finalisation of the Seniority List as on 0I.06.2014 on the basis of which allocation of the officers to thetwoStatesandtheirseniorityintherespectivenewlyborn States are to be finalised for the purposes of promotion to the higher Posts.

4. karned counsel for the petitioner submits that in that light, the writ pettion may be disposed of directing respondent No. I to call for options from the cadre of Assistant Director to wtrich the petitioner belongs on the issue of finalization of Seniority List and allot them between the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh' In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and 5. the exercise underway, we deem it proper to dispose of the writ petiUon with an observation that resPondent No'I and its to conclude the exercise of authorities would endeavour List and further actions as preparation of the SenioritY contemplated in the order dated 0I'O4'202I rendered by this Court in W.P.Nos.9784 of 2019 and batch and modification made in the said order uide order dated O2'O9 '2025 passed in I.A.No. I of 2023 in W.P.No. 10 IOO of 2O 19 and I'A'No' t of 2023 { { 4 in W.P.No. 103g6 of 2019, in accordance with la.qr, in the time frame prescribed under the said order
