Learned counsel for the petitioner stLlrrnits that the petitioner hled the present writ petition seel<irrg 1o declare the order passed by the respondent No. I uirTe Letter No.B/ 1756l2O2O dated 04.O9.2O2O conlirrning the deletion of ltetitioner's agricultural lancl to :Ln extent of Ac.0.13 guntas tn Sy.No.2i3/5, Ac. 1.O ) guntas 1n Sy.No.220/14 and Ac.0.04 guntas in Sy.No 192/B total extent of Ac.1.i7 guntas situated at C,Lrjja Viilage, Narayanpur Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri listrict, AS illegal and arbitrary and also contrary to thc Judgment of 2 this Court passed in W.P.No.i3895 of 2020 dated

28.08.2O2O and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to issue Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in favour of the petitioner after recti$ing thc revenue records by including the subject land.

Learned counsel lor the petitioner further submits that on earlier occasion this Court passed order in W.P.No.13895 of 2O2O on 28.O8.2O2O, wherein the respondent No.4-Tahsildar was dirccted to consider the representation submitted by the pctitioner on 09.O7.2O2O and pass necessary orders thereon, duly giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested persons. Despite the same, the respondent No.4 failed to comply with the said orders, therefore, requested to allow the present writ petition.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4, did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and requested to pass appropriate orders. .........''._

On a perusal of the impugned order dated 04.O9.2O2O passed by respondent No..l uide letter No.B/ 1756,/2O2O, it is evident that there is r-o nrention of any issuan(re of notice to the petitioner or iirly interested persons. It clearly shows that the resp()ndent No.4 without lollorving the order dated 28.08.2020 passed by I I 4 this Court in W.P.No.13895 of 2O2O issued the impugned letter dated 04.09.2020 and the same is 1iab1e to be set aside.

7. Accordingly, this wriL petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned lerter dated 04.Og.2O2O passed by respondent No.4 and remanding the matter back to the respondent No.4 to follow the orders dated
