Learned senior counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner No.1 had filed L.G.C No.74 of 1999 under Section 8(1) of Telangana Larrd Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 to declare the respondents therein as land grabbers arrd to evict them from the schedule property by demolishing the existing structures raised by the respondents and to deliver the vacant possession of the schedule property to the petitioners, and the sarne was decreed in favour of the petitioners on Ol.02.2006. Cha,llenging the said order, writ petition was filed before this Court uide W.P.No.8539 of 2O06. Since the petitioners and respondents in the writ petition have compromised the matter, the said writ petition was dismissed as pithdrawn 2 and the order passed in L.G.C No.74 of 199! has become final.

It is further submitted that due t(, delay in proceedings, the petitioners could not avail the tenelits of the decree passed in L.G.C No.74 of 1999 on O .02.2006. ; I I I I I II ., Therefore, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 1O.06.2025 before the Revenue Divisional Ofhcer respondent No.3 to implement the judgment and decree passed in L.G.C No.74 of 1999, dated 01.02.2006, but respondent No.3 failed to act upon the same. Therefore, the petitioners filed reminder on 23.06.2025 to implement the said decree. Since respondent No.3 did not act upon the representations, the petitioners filed the present writ petition to pass appropriate orders.
