Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.l.30Y, guntas in Sy.No'995A/1/1, situated at Sujathanagar Village and Mandal, Bhadradri - Kothagudem District' on the strength of a registered gift settlement deed bearing Document No.497 of 1990, dated 15'03'1990' Her name was mutated in the revenue record and pattadar passbook-cum-title deed was also issued, wherein, only Ac'0'3450 guntas land is mentioned in Sy.No.995A./1/1. Thus, there is wrong entry' According to the petitioner, Ac.0.18 guntas of,land is missing in the latest e- pattadar passbook-cum-title deed' Therefore' she has submitted an online application bearing No'2500046001' dated

26.06.2025 to respondent No.5 with a request to correct the 2 said wrong entry and issue fresh pattadar passbook. Despite 1: receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.5 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.5, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Mr.L.Ravinder, _learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.5 will consider the said online application and dispose it of in accordance with law by putting the petitioner, respondent No.6 and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity.

4. In the light of the said submission, notice to respondent No.6, younger sister of the petitioner, is dispensed with. This Writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 to consider the said online application bearing No.2500046001, dated 26.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking rectification of entries in the revenue record and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by putting the petitioner, respondent No.6 and all interested parties on notice 3 and affording them an opportunity. He shall complete the entire exercise within two (02) months from the date of receipt ofa copy ofthis order. Miscellaneous applications, if any periding, shall stand closed.
