LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.2O326 of 2O25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is liled by the petjtioner seeking a nVrit of Mandamus' declaring the action of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in not acting upon his representation dated 16.04.2025 and, 25.04.2025, submitted by requesting them to restrain respondent No.6 in making iilegal brick kilns by trespassing into Government land in Sy.No.313 to a extent of Ac.18-00 gts situated at Annaram Viilage, Gummadidla Mandal, Sangareddy Duistrict, without taking permission from any competent authority, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.O.2O gts in Sy.No.313/3,A and Ac.O.20 gts in Sy.No.313/3/AA, total Ac. 1-OO gts situated at Annararn Village, Gummadidla Mandal, Sangaredy District and also lands in other survey numbers in the very same village. In proof cf the same, he has hied copies of pattadar passbooks and title leeds.

4. It is the specific allegation of the petitir:r-r :r herein that the 6h respondent is illegally running bric)< kilns in the assigned lald admeasuring Ac. 18-00 gts. Tlrrr efore, he had submitted a representation dated L6.O4.2A2 I to the 4e respondent with a request to take action e 1 ainst the 6e respondent. Despite reieiving and ackno,*,lec ging the said representation, the 4tl respondent did not act u )on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petitiorr is hled.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader 1e r Revenue on in structions would submit that the 4th rr:r pondent will consider the said representation dated 16.C2 .2O25 of the petitioner and take action against the 6m respc ndent strictly in accordance rvith law, by putting the petition :r ald the 6& respondent on notice and also affording an c pportunity of hearing to them.

However, the 4e respondent shali complete the said exercise within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
