Petitioner is claiming thal shc is the absolute owner and possessor of thc land acimcasuring r\c.2.00 quntas, in Sy.No.l4ll1, situated at Brania-jir,vada Village, Taclvai Mandal, Karnarcddy District. Shc is also tlie o*'ner ol'thc land in other sulvey nurnbers of the very sarne village. ln prool'of the same, she has tiled copy of the latest passbook. Hou,ever, in the Bhu Bharrhi porlal, the suruey number is mentioned as Sy.No.l4l/tca with an extent of Ac.0.34 guntas, and the narne of the husband ol respondent No.5 is recorded therein. Thcrcflore, there is a wrong entry. She has submitted a written rcpresentation dated 12.03.2025 with respondent No.2 with a request to correct the said wrong entries. During the pendency of the said representalio,r the State l'ras prornr-rleated the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Recorr of t{ights tn Land) Act, 2025 (for shorl 'Act, 2025'), which czLr re into eflect fiom 14.04.2025. The'Ielangana Bhu Bharati (Rccc,r J ol Rights in Land) Rules,2025 (for short'Rules, 2025') were als r framed virle G.O.Ms.No.39, Revenue (Land Administration l) Department, dated 14.04.2025. As per the said Rules, 2025, the .uthorities are specified in Schedule-A of the Rules, 2025. ihereflore, the 3 petitioner has to submit online application with respondent No.2 with a request to correct the said wrong entries in the revenue record and on receipt of the same, it is for respondent No.2 to considcr the same, strictly in accordance with law -5. In the light of the said submissions, this WLit Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online application in terms of tlie Rules, 2025, with the competent authority as specifled in Schcdulc-A ol the Rules, 2025, to respondent No.2, duly enclosing all the relevant documents, i.vith a rcquest to correct the said wrong entries in the revenue records within a pcriod of one week frorr.r the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, respondent No.2 shall consider the same and dispose of by putting the petitioner and respondent No.5 on notice and aflording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept tl're request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of thc same to the petitioner and respondent No.5. I{e shatl complete the entire exercise within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the said online application. 4 Miscellaneous applications, if any pendine shall stand closed.
