2. Petitioner is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac'2'00 guntas' in Sy'No'141/1' situated at Bramajiwada Village, Tadvai Mandal' Kamareddy District. She is also the owner of the land in other survey numbers of the very same village. In proof of the same, she has hled copy of the latest passbook. However, in the Bhu Bharthi portal' the survey number is mentioned as Sy'No'l4Ulca with an extent of Ac.0.34 guntas, and the name of the husband of respondent No'5 is recorded therein. Therefore, there is a wrong entry' She has a written rePresentatlon dated 12.03.2025 with submitted respondent No.2 with a request to correct the said wrong entrles Despite receiving and acknowledging the said written representation, respondent No'2 did not act upon the same' 2 Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, the leamed Assistant Government pleader for Revenue has produced written instructions from respondent No.4, wherein it is stated that the name of Sheemarla Batkishan, husband of respondent No.5, was recorded as pattadar in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.34 guntas in Sy.No. 141lE vide katha No.466 from the year 20r0-l I and continued tir 2020-2r and in the vear 2022, succession was effected ln respect of the land ln Sy.No.14ll1es, admeasuring Ac.0.34 guntas, favour of respondent No.5. The said written instructions are placed on record.

During the pendency of the said representation, the State has promulgated the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for shorr .Act, 2025,), which came into effect from 14.04.2025. The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 (for short ,Rules, 2025,) were also framed. vide G.O.Ms.No.39, Revenue (Land Administration_I) Department, dated 14.04.2025. As per the said Rules, 2025, the authorities are specified in Schedule-A of the Rules, 2025. Therefore, the ,f 3 petitioner has to submit online application with respondent No'2 with a request to correct the said wrong entries in the revenue record and on receipt of the same, it is for respondent No'2 to consider the same, strictly in accordance with law'

In the light of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online application in terms of the Rules, 2025, with the competent authority as specified in Schedule-A of the Rules, 2025' to respondent No.2, duly enclosing all the relevant documents, with a request to correct the said wrong entries in the revenue records within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, respondent No.2 shall consider the same and dispose of by putting the petitioner and respondent No.5 on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the same to the petitioner and respondent No.5. He shall complete the entire exercise within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the said online application. Miscellaneous applicat.ans, if any pending, shall stand closed.
