2. Heard Mr. Ramu Nallamothu, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner ubmits that the petitioner till now, his retirement retired from service on 31.03.2025 an benefits were not released by the respon ents.
4. Learned Government Pleader sub its that the bills pertaining to the retirement beneFits of the petitio er are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the am unts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned G vernment Pleader fu rth er submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.
5. Having regard to the above sub issions, this Writ petition disposed of directing the respond nts to release admitted retirement Benefits such as Pending F nal payment of Gra tu ity IS (CAP) Bill Amount of Rs.12,38,530/- Sr Token No. 2600502915 dated 09-06-2025, and Gratuity (TG) Bill Amount of Rs.3,67,4701- STO Token No. 2600502947 dated 09-06-2025, Commutation (CAP) Bill Amount of Rs.16,91,603/- STO Token No. 2600502976 dated 09- 06- 2025, Commutation (TG) Bill Amount ot Rs.4,93,702/- STO Token No. 2600502996 dated 09-06-2025, Final ELs and Half Pay Leave Encashment Bill Amount of Rs.8,66,834/ SfO Token No. 2600302945 dated 12-05-2025 and ZP GPF Final Payment Bill Amount of Rs.11,71,370/- STO Token and Chq No. 2600663296 dated 27-06-2025, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve ( 12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
