3.LearnedcounselforthepetitionerSubmitsthatintheguise of re-construction of Shree Ramalayam Temple, Rudrakshapally Village, respondent authorities are trying to encroach upon the 2 ,tl property of tjre petitioner, which is abutting the Temple. Therefore, he sr eks to pass appropriate orders. 4. Learned C ove:nment pleader for Endowments subnrits that the subject Temple .aras already constructed and hence, ttLe cause in this writ petirion does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss rhis Writ petition.
