It is not in dispute that the petitioner herself was working as a temporary dealer. In the circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order, it is always open to her to work out the alternative remedy available under the statute by way of appeal to the Joint Collector. Accordingly, granting leave and liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
