4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 has called for tenders for exec:ution of r,vorks for construction of roads. In pursuance to the same, the petitioner-Company participatecl in thc tender process and became successful in tenders for executing the works. Consequently, respondent No.5 entered into agreement, clated
31.05.2023, with the petitioner eu:d issued work order in favour of the petitioner. In compliance with the same, the petitioner has executed the contract and completed part work. Being satislied with the completion of part work, the office of respondent No.6 had issued token No.25O6 695646 dated 07 .o5.2O24 for an amount of lRs.93 ,O7 ,579 / - (Rupees Ninety Three Lakhs Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Nine Four Only) for the part work i.e., B'l'Renewal Pacakage-lV in Jagitial District R&B Road Odde Lingapur to R&B Road Oclde Lingapur 3 Sf,J W.P.No.27O71 of 2O25 Via Mant5ranayak Thanda of Raikal Mandal in Jagtial District and 1615 of TO2-to Ramojipet of Raikat Mandal in Jagtial District was generated. However, the Said amounts were not released to the petitioner so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to release the aforesaid amounts within a stipulated period bf time.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the bills pertaining to the payment of the petitioner-Company are already processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released on time and prays this Court to grant twelve (i2) weeks time to release the said amounts.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the amounts/payment to the petitioner-Company in pursuance of token No.25O6695646 dated 07.O5.2O24, as expeditiously as possible, preferably \ \ / To 4 SI(,J W.P.Ncr.27O71 of 2O25 within a period of eight (oB) weeks from the cl,ate of receipt of copy of this order.
