4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 has called lor tenders for exertution of works for construction of roads. In pursuance tc, the same, the petitioner-Company participated in the tenrir r process and became successful in tenders for executurg the works. Consequently, responderrt No.6 entered into allreement, dated
19.06.2023, with the petitionerr and issued work order in favour of the petitioner. [n compliance with the sarn(t. the petitioner has executc:d the contract ar-rd completed p,a rt u.ork. Being satisfied with the completion of part work. the office of respondent No.6 had issued token No.25OtJ38 1 120 dated
17.O5.2024 f<rr an amount of Rs.85,53,194/- (Rupees Eighty Five Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand One Hundr::d Ninetlz Four only) for the p:rrt work i.e., BT Renewal Pacak;r.1e-lV in Jagitial Distrjct R/F Anthergoan to Thatipally of Jagitial Rural, Jagitial \ \ District was generated. However, the said arlt:)rtnts were not I i I I I I i I i I 3 sr(,J W.P.No.27O74 ol 2025 released to the petitioner so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to release the aforesaid amounts within a stipulated period of time.
5. l,earned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the bills pertaining to the payment of the petitioner-Company are a-lready processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released on time ard ( { prays this Court to grant twelve (12) weeks time to release the said amounts

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel lor the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the amounts/payment to the petitioner-Company in pursuance of token No.250838i 120 dated 17.O5.2O24, AS expeditiously AS possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4 SK,J W.P.Nc 21074 oJ 2O25 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinrl 1n this Writ PetiLion, shall stand closed.
