2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved' this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos'7 and B is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition'

3. The case of the petitioners' in brief is that' respondent Nos'S and 6 are interfering in relation to civir matter, more particurarry in reration to agricultural land admeasuring Ac'0'32 guntas in Sy'No'337/AA/1 situated at Gundla Palli Village and Mandal' Nalgonda District' under the influence of unofficial respondents, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary'

4.Percontra,learnedGovernmentPleaderforHomeappearlng0n behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6, while denying the writ averments' would submit that the petitioners claiming to have purchased the land to an extent of Ac.0.32 guntas in Sy.No'37/M/1 from Vavilla Chinna Narasimha' .|. \ 2 s/o Salaiah, who claims to be his father_in_law, are trying to encroach on to land in Sy.No.337lAAl1 and for the said reason, one Lingamaiah had approached the respondents-authorities and rodged a compraint based on which, the authorities have registered a case vide Crime No.5 of 2025 dt.21.01.2025, wherein the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 4. 5' Learned Government preader further submits that in the aforesaid crime, the authorities have already issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS to accused Nos.1 and 2 and are conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime.

Learned Government pleader further submits that thereafter the said Lingamaiah had approached the respondents-authorities and lodged another complaint against the petitioners and others, and based on the aforesaid complaint, the authorities have registered a case, vide Crime No.10B of 2025 dt.02.07,2025, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 3.

7. Learned Government pleader further submits that in the aforementioned crime arso the respondents-authorities have issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS to accused Nos.z to 4 and that the respondents-authorities are conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime in accordance with law. 3

8. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos'l to 6 is taken on record' 9. Having regard to the submissions made as above' since' lt is now stated to this Court that two crimes having been registered against the petitioners herein, videCrime Nos'S and 108 of 2025 dt'21'01'2025 and this Couft is of the view that the respondents- authorities are to be directed to investigate into the aforesaid crimes strictly in accordance with law without interfering in the civil dispute that may exist between the Parties' O2.O7.2025,respectively' Subject to above direction , the Writ Petition is disposed of' No
