Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.7 has called for tenders for execution of works lor construction of roads in Jagtial District. pursuant to the same, the petitioner_Company participated in the tender process and became successful in tenders lor executing the works. consequently, rcspondent No.7 entered into agreement dated 25.05 .2023 wrth the petitioner and work order was issued in flavour oi thc petitioner. In compliance with the same, the petitioncr has executed the contract a,d completed the work. Being satisrred with the completion of work, the office of respondent No.7 had issued Token No.24476679O3 dated 16.01.2024 for an amount of Rs.77,37,247 /-(Rupees Seventy Seven Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Fort5r Seven Only), Token No.25O4552663 dated 24.O4.2024 for an l 3 SI(, J t\. t'. No.20163 of2025 amount of Rs. 12,10,067 l-(Rupees Twelre Lakh Ten Thousand Sixty Seven Only) No.26OO49794O dated 06.06.2025 for an arnount Token I I I I I I 1 I Rs. 13,32,552/-(Rupees Thirteen Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Two Only). However, the said amounts were not released to th<' petitioner so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to release the afore said amounts $,ithin a stipulated period of time.

Learned Government Pleader for the rcspondents submits that the bills pertaining to the final lrayment of the petitioner-Corrlp2rl / are already processed, however, due to dearth of lunds, the amounts could not be released on time a r-Ld prays this Court to grant six (06) weeks time to re case the said :rmounts. i t (r.
