3. Heard Sri K.Rajashekar, lcarned counsel for the petitioner, learned Governmc t Pleader for Roads a:rd Buildings appearing for rcspo dent Nos. L, 4, 7 , 8 and 9 1 2 s,K. ,/ 17. P. No.20151 of2025 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for lrinar-rce and Planning appearing for respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 and perused the rnaterial on record

Learned cor.rnsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.7 has called for tenders lor execution of , works for construction of roads in .Jagtial District Pursuant to the salLe, the petitioncr Company participated in the tender process and became successful in tenders for executing the works Consequently, respondent No.7 entered into agreement, dated 25.05.2023 with the petitioner and work order was issued in favour of the petitioner. in compliance with the same, the petitioner has executed the contract and completed the work. Being satislied with the completion of work, the office of respondent No.7 had issued Token No.2506696026 dated 07.05.2024 lor an amount of Rs.13,43,894/-(Rupees Thirteen Lakh Forty Three Thousand tright Hundred and Ninety Four Only) and Token No.26OO497958 dated 06.06.2025 for I a 3 SK, J lV.P.No.20t51 of 2025 arnount of Rs.3,68,554/-(R pees Three Lakh Sixty tright Thousand Five Hundr d and Fifty Four only). However, the said amounts ere not released to the petitioner so far. Therefore, I arned counsel prays this Court to direct the responden s to release the aforesaid amounts within a stipulated riod of time.

5.Learned Government leader appearing for the respondents submits that e bills pertaining to the final payment of the petition r -Company are already processed, however, due t dearth of funds, the amounts could not be releas d on time and prays this Court to grant six weeks e to release the said amounts.

6.Having regard to th submissions made by learned counsel for the res ective parties, this Writ petition 1S disposed of dire ting the respondents to release the amounts / final p Company in pursuance of Token No.2506696O26, ent to the petitioner- 4 s1(, .,r tl/.P-No.20151of2025 dated 07.05.2024 for an arnount of Rs. 13,43,894/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakh Forty Three Thousand Dight Hundred and Ninety Four On11-) and Token No.26OO497958 dated 06.06.2025 for an amount of Rs.3,68,554/- (Rupees Three Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Irive Hundred ald Fifty Four only), AS expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
