2. l " petitioner is u'if'e of Late Basheer Khan and 2nd petitioner is his son. According to the l't petitioner' her husband BasheerKhan,diedonl].05.20l0whileparticipatinginthe procession fbr the cause of Telangana Statehood due to heart attack. Therefbre, according to the petitioners' the deceased died lor the cause of 'l-elangana Statehood' Therefore' petitioners' being legal heirs of deceased, are entitled for compensation in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 3 6/Revenue(F F ) Deparlment, dated 27' l0'20 | 4' They have subrnitted a representation dated 28 '04 '2025 to 3'd respondent with a request to pay cotnpensation in terms of the said G'O' It is also the specific contention of the petitioners herein that earlier' they have submitted a reprcsentation to 3'd respondent and also to the Chief Minister. Ihe Revenue Divisional Ofhcer and Tahsildar concemed subrnitted their reporls to the 3'd respondent. They have enclosed copies of the said reports along with the aloresaid 2 representation s. Even the11, .rd -) respondent i; r-rot paying compensation to the petitioners herein. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 3'd respondent, the petitioner flled present writ petition

Pleader tbr Revenue, c,n instructions, would submit that the Covemnrcnt has issued tf .().Rt.No.399, dated 02.09.2016 with regard to administrative sanction lor an amount ol Rs.10,00,000r- AS monetary assistance to bereaved family members, who have sacrillced their lives lor achieving statehood of Telangana. Vide G.O.Rt.No.250, dated 19.06.2025, the Government has extended beneflt to Smt. Basht:tti Shobha w/o late Sri Bashetti Venkateshrvarlu. Thc petitioners names are not found in the said G.Os. Petitioners are claitning c{)mpensation as per G.O.Rt.No.36, dated 21 .10.2.0I4

4. As discussed supra, Revenue Divisional Officer (FAC), Tahsildar, Metpalli Mandal, have submitted reports dated

18.07.2019 and 06.08.20 19 to thc 3"r respondetrt lbr payment of compensation in terms o1' G.O.Ms.No.36, datt'd 27.10.2014. Therefore, 3'd respondent has to consider the satre and dispose of the representations subrnitted by the petitioners and copy of the report dated 18.07.20 l9 ol Tahsildar, Metpalli lVlandal.
