2. Having regard to the manner ol disposal of the writ petition ald ttre nature of lis invoived., this Court is of the vicw that notice to unofficial respondent No.6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition

The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that thc respondent Nos.3 to 5 are interfering in the civil disputes and trying to dispossess the petitioners from Flat Nos'301 & 302' plot No'190' Survey No.l1, Deekonda Homes, situated at Khalamet Village' Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Redd'y District, at the behest of the 6th respondent, which action of the respondents authorities it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary, without any authority and sanction of law. Per cctntra, learned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 while clenying tl_re w,rit averments u ould submit that earlier a case uide Crime No.4B1 /2O2t,4 has been registered against the petitioners herein; that the respondents-authorities, after conducting investigation there into, have filed a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 07.O7.2025; ar-rd that the same is pending for being taken on rec:ord.

Learned Government pleader would further submit that the 6th respondent herein had approached the responcrents-authorities and lodged a complaint on 28.O5.2025 against the petitioners herein, ald bzLsed on the aforesaid complaint, the authorit6ies har.e register.ed a case uid.e Crrme No.92B/2025 on the same day, r.l,herein the ltetitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 & 2.

Learned Government pleader further submits that the respondents- au thorities on regrstering the aforesaid crime have also issued notice to the petitioners under Section 3S(3) of BNSS on O7.O7.2O|\5 ald are conducting investigation there into. in accordance witt law .-ff .n,. -- '.':- ' - :* // //

7. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Governrnent Pleader for Home is taken on record. B. Having regard to the submissions made as above and taking note of the fact that based on the complaint made by the 6Lh respondent herein a case is registered uide Crrme No.92Bl2025, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as accused No.1 & 2, and in the course of investigation the respondents-authorities having issued notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crime, in accordance vvith 1as,.

9. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
