VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.2Ol5O of 2o25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, and with the consent of the counsel appea-ring for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the writ petition and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.6 is not necessar5r for adjudication of the present Writ Petition
3. The case of the petitioner, 1n brief, is that the sth respondent-authority 1S interfering in the civil disputes at the behest of the 6th respondent, which action of the respondents- authorities it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14,'21 & 300A of the Constitution of India.
4. Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of olficial respondents while denying the writ averments would submlt Jhat as of date no complaint is made or crime is \ \ --.r 2 registered against the petitioner for the respondents-authorities interfere in the civil disputes that may exist between the pedtioner and the unofficial respondent herein, more partrcularly, in relation to the immovable property as being claimed by the petitioner in the present Writ petition. respondents-authorities
5. learned Government pleader would further submit that the petitioner apprehending that the 6rh respondenf may approach the and lodge a complaint, has filed the present Writ petition n anticipation maJ<ing fa_lse and baseless aflegatuops again st the rs5penclgnts_authorities. 6. The aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record.

In r.iew of the aforesaid submissions made and taking note of the fact that as of date, no complaint is made or any crime is registered against the petitioner on the fire of the Sth respondent- police station, this Court is of the view that the respondents_ authorities are to be directed not to interfere in the civ, disputes that may exist between the petitioner PsLlLroner and the unofficial respondent herein. 3 8 Further, in the event of any complaint being lodged or crime registered against the petitioner, disclosing commission of any offence, the respondents-authorities are directed to take further action, strictly in accordance with law.
9. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs
