Heard M/s M A'shakeel' learned counsel for petitioner' Sri N.Avaneesh, lea-r-neri counsel for respondent Nos' 1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent No'4' Perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mere 3. arraignment of the petitioner in a criminal case cannot be a ground for denial of passport' He relies on the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.2422 of 2024, dated 26'O2'2O24' I I I I I I i I t I : i I i a :' ::t. ' 2 N wP_20t09 202-i 4' Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a criminal case uide C.C.No. IZ4 of 2O2I under sections 498_4, 506 of IpC and Section 3 and 4 of D.p.Act on the file of the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First class (Mob,e) for trial of cases under PCR Act-cum_IV Additional Junior Civil Judge at Khammam, is pending against the petitioner.
