2. These are Civit Revision Petitions which have been filed by the petitioner respectively with a limited prayer for an appropriate direction to the learned Il Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, seized of F.C.O.P No.l905 of 2023 seeking dissolution of marriage under Section 2 (viii) (a) of the Muslim Marriage Act, 1939 and G.W.O.P.No. 1630 of 2023 under the provisions of the Guardianship and Wards Act for grant ol permanent custody of the minor chitdren. The request made by the petitioner through the present revision petitions is for expeditious conclusion of two O.Ps. The reason for seeking for such a request is that the petitioner, mother of two minor children, has recently got fellowship fron.r the United Kingdom and she intends to leave to United Kingdom to pursue her profession, as she is a qualified Doctor in Pediatrics. It was also contended that in order to move to United Kingdom along with the children, the petitioner was z required to obtain the decree of guardianship r1- the minor children from the competent Court

Nonetheless, considering precarit,us condition and the requireurent o1- the petitioner errabling hcr to lnove to 3 tlnitcd Kingdom, this courl is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met, if the leamed II Family Court is directed to make all endeavors in concluding the procccdings in both the matters i.e. FCOP No. 1905 ol 2023 and GWOP No. I 630 of 2023 within an outer limit of one year fiom the next date of hearing.
