Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.2, on written instructions would submit that respondent No.2 has takcn up thc drive for removal of road encroachments at the site from TSRTC Bus Stand to Vellampally Road in ttrc -r'cirr 2O I 4. Petitioners have been carrying on thcir business by encroaching the public road since several years and thcreforc, notices have been issued to the petitioners and petitioners have been evicted from the encroached place by follorving due process of law, without violating the principles of natural justice. Therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing counsel for respondent No.2, thc Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
